I recently attended a huge conference for magicians hosted by Magic Magazine. It is called Magic Live, and around 1,000 magicians attend. This year it was held in Las Vegas!
During the conference, I had the opportunity to meet several magician celebrities (see below).

There was a huge magic shop area, so of course I updated my show by purchasing several new illusions! Additionally, talking to other magicians was a great way to get new ideas and feedback. Overall, it was a fun time and a fantastic learning experience.
During the last night of the convention, my wife and I attended the International Film Festival. I was anxious to see how the audience would react to my submission. I love making movies, and I had submitted a short film I wrote and directed called “The Magician’s Wife.” Thankfully it was well received, and I won the Best Picture Award!!!
